Full dress rehearsal on Tuesday 2^nd September

We are having a full-dress rehearsal on the Tuesday before the concert night.  Please note the following:

• Students to arrive at school on time as we will be leaving to walk down to the theatre at 9.15am.  The local excursion permission covers this.
• Please ensure that your child’s costume is with them on the day or before the day.  Don’t wear the costume to school it will need to be in separate bag.
• Costumes can be dropped off anytime before Tuesday.  (Please refer to costume requirements attached in the newsletter).
• Students will need plenty of snacks and a drink bottle. 
• Students will walk back by 2.00pm or before depending on the class. 

On the concert day Thursday 4^th September

There is a matinee performance and a night performance on this day.

• Students will walk down again on the Thursday at 10.00am for the matinee performance
• Students will return to school at 2.30pm ready for usual pick-up time.
• Please ensure students have a rest and some dinner before arriving back at the Senior Citizens centre at 5.45pm sharp.
• Students will be getting ready with staff in the Senior Citizens centre ready for their performances.
• The concert will finish approx. at 8.30pm.  Parents will collect students from the Senior Citizens centre at this time.
