NEWS | From The Listening Post
Hi everyone,
I love Autumn, with the leaves changing colour and time slowing down a little I think of pumpkin soup and colourful woollen socks and taking the time for long, slow conversations.
The state of the world has felt pretty precarious lately, and I think somehow it affects us all. That’s why I think it’s important to balance it up with big dollops of inspiration and hope. For me, the book Lykke has been that – shining a little light on ordinary people doing ordinary things that make the world a little bit of a better place. My favourite example was a family in Fremantle who created a community in their street.

May your school holidays be filled with lots of Lykke!
Prepare to love lykke, the Danish word for happiness and fortune, with The Little Book of Lykke by Meik Wiking, whose Little Book of Hygge sold half a million copies.
Wiking goes in search of the real meaning of happiness, and finds it has little to do with wealth.
